I am sort of reveling in these novel feelings of domesticity :)(and a special thank you to my friend who sold me a half-bushel of her fresh peaches)

Yum ..... did you make all that? Where did you get your domestication?? Certainly not from me.
I loooove peaches. But just pure, unadulterated fruit. Though all of your concoctions look wonderful! :)
